REFUNDS
After we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, Luxor Cabinets will proceed with processing your return or exchange. Please allow at least thirty (30) days from the receipt of your item for us to complete the process. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Traditional vanities

Thermofoil items

Special order items (All doors or parts that require opening boxes)

Items not in their original packaging and condition

Clearance items

Made to order styles: High Gloss White, High Gloss Grey, Super Matte White, Super Matte Black, and all the semi-custom made series

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel your order without penalty or cost by providing written notice via email within forty-eight (48) hours of placing the order. If you do not receive confirmation from Luxor Cabinets within 24 hours of submitting your written notification, please contact us again to obtain confirmation. As we aim to ship out RTA orders within 2 to 3 business days and pre-assembled orders within 3 to 5 business days, cancellations made after forty-eight (48) hours will be treated as normal returns (please see return policy). This also applies to existing orders when a new sale begins. You may cancel the current order and place a new one with the sale, but the forty-eight (48) hour cancellation policy still applies.

Cancellations made beyond the forty-eight (48) hours are strictly subject to a 15% restocking fee.

This policy will not apply for our Black Friday sale. Any orders canceled up to forty-eight (48) hours prior to the Black Friday sale will automatically be subject to the 15% restocking fee.
